Process

Weekly progress, not a black box.

You see the work as it happens and you own everything we build. Here is how a project runs from first call to steady state.

  1. 01

    Map

We start with a working session to understand your business, the tools you use and where time leaks out of the week. You leave with a written plan — even if you never hire us.

  2. 02

    Build

We design, build and connect in focused sprints with regular check-ins. You see progress every week, not a black box that emerges in three months.

  3. 03

    Launch

We ship carefully — staged, tested and monitored — then walk your team through everything that changed and how to run it.

  4. 04

    Run

Most clients move onto a care plan. We maintain the site, watch the automations, keep the books current and send the reports, so the system keeps working while you do.

The care plan

Most of the value shows up after launch.

A build is a moment. A business runs every day. Clients on a care plan get a predictable monthly rhythm:

Every week

  • Automations monitored, failures caught and fixed
  • Site uptime and performance checks
  • Small content and design edits from your queue

Every month

  • Software updates, security patches, backups verified
  • Books reconciled and categorised
  • P&L, balance sheet and cash summary
  • Plain-language performance report

Every quarter

  • Review call: what the numbers are saying
  • Next automations and improvements prioritised
  • Year-end prep so tax season is quiet

FAQ

Common questions.

How much does it cost?

It depends on scope. A website build is a fixed project fee; maintenance, automation, reporting and bookkeeping are monthly retainers scaled to your business. After a short call we send a written proposal with clear numbers and no obligation.

Do I have to use all five services?

No. Plenty of clients start with just a website, or just bookkeeping. The services are designed to work together, but each one stands on its own.

Who owns the website and accounts?

You do — always. Everything is built in your accounts, under your ownership. If we ever part ways, you keep all of it with a clean handover.

Is there a long contract?

No. Website builds are a fixed-scope project. Ongoing plans run month to month — you can pause or stop with 30 days notice, no penalty.

What size businesses do you work with?

Owner-operated businesses and small teams, roughly 1–25 people. Large enough to feel the operational drag, small enough that one good system makes a real difference.

What tools do you work in?

We are not tied to one platform. Day to day that means tools like WordPress and Webflow for sites, Zapier and Make for automation, HubSpot and Notion for operations, and QuickBooks or Xero for the books — whatever already fits your business.

How do we get started?

Send a note through the contact form with a sentence or two about your business. We reply within one business day to set up an intro call.
